What is included in every self-tour plan?
Every plan includes the Smart Automation platform, internet, a Smart Lock, one camera with 7-day cloud storage, and prospect support for vacant-unit showings.
How do the self-tour plans differ?
The kits are the same. Flex is month-to-month with no upfront cost. Smart Start lowers the monthly rate with an upfront payment. Core Advantage is a 12-month commitment for the best long-term savings.
Does the lock need Wi-Fi to work?
No. Fingerprint and keypad work at the door, and phone access uses Bluetooth. The Bridge adds Wi-Fi so you can receive alerts and lock or unlock remotely.
Can my maintenance team install it?
Yes. Most teams install it like a standard deadbolt with common tools. Confirm door thickness, cross bore, and backset against the tech specs before ordering.
What happens to a tour code after the showing?
The code is live only for the booked slot, then it expires on its own. You can also delete codes anytime from your phone.
Does it work with my current Delet plan?
Yes. Additional Smart Lock + Bridge units sit on the same Delet account, so residents, vendors, and your team all use one access system.
What if the power or internet goes down?
The lock runs on AA batteries, with USB-C emergency jumpstart if needed. Fingerprint and keypad still work without Wi-Fi. Alerts and remote lock or unlock need the Bridge connection.
How is this different from my showing-kit lock?
Showing-kit locks cover vacant-unit tours. Additional Smart Lock + Bridge units cover everyday access on any door you manage, including occupied units.
